Order and delivery details

Checkout collects your name, email, phone number, delivery address and optional delivery notes. We store these with your purchased items, order total, payment references and fulfillment status so the RationWrap team can process, deliver and support your order. Delivery details are shared with the courier arranging your shipment.

Payments

Razorpay processes online payments. RationWrap stores order and payment references and their status; the storefront does not collect or store your full card details or UPI PIN. Payment information entered in Razorpay Checkout is handled by Razorpay.

Essential storage

Your browser remembers your shopping bag and your most recent order reference. During checkout, the browser also keeps the submitted order details for the current session so retrying a payment does not create duplicate orders. Essential cookies help verify your checkout and secure admin sign-in. Clearing browser storage may remove your saved bag or pending checkout session.

Service providers

The storefront is hosted on Vercel, and order records are stored with Supabase. These services process the information needed to operate the store. Authorized RationWrap administrators can access order information to fulfill orders and provide support.
