Delivery charges

Delivery within India is currently free. Your final delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Before you pay

Enter the recipient’s full name, phone number, street address, city, state and six-digit PIN code. Checkout shows the product subtotal, delivery charge and final total before payment. If delivery pricing is unavailable, payment cannot begin.

Order processing

After payment is confirmed, the RationWrap team receives your order and address. The team prepares the shipment and records its courier and tracking details when dispatched. Contact customer care with your order reference for a delivery update or a time-sensitive request.

Ordering on WhatsApp

You can also choose WhatsApp ordering from your bag or checkout. Send the prepared message to the team to confirm availability, delivery details and the final amount. Opening the message does not submit an online order or collect payment.

Address changes or delivery questions

Contact us as soon as you notice an address error. Include your order reference and the corrected delivery details. The team will confirm whether the change is possible before dispatch.
